Diet

This diet is divided into four phases. And at the end of the week we are allowed to eat in one day, what we want.

Phase 1

You stay in this phase for at least two weeks, depending on your weight loss.

Allowed with no limits:

  • Meats - all except sausages (only Poultry Sausages), ribs;
  • Fish, seafood and shellfish - all including tuna in water or oil;
  • Eggs - boiled, starring in olive or omelette;
  • Mortandela, ham (pork or poultry), beef carpaccio
  • Vegetables - all except some;
  • Gelatin - 0% sugars
  • Drinks - at least 1.5L liters of water, unsweetened tea, coffee, coca cola light or zero;
  • Seasonings and spices - all but be careful with the salt;
  • Forms of cooking - baking, grilling, steaming, braising or sautéing with olive oil, flaxseed oil, tomatoes, garlic, onions, homemade mayonnaise, mustard, soy sauce, cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and spices;

Allowed foods daily (controlled amount):

  • 1 Bread - mix, full, dark;
  • 1 Cup milk - thin, low fat, natural soy, rice or oats;
  • 1 Low fat yogurt - no added sugars;
  • 2 Low-fat cheeses - fresh, triangles, balls or slices of Flemish;

Prohibited:

  • Bread - except breakfast;
  • Rice, pasta, potatoes and couscous;
  • Fats - oils and margarines;
  • Beans, corn, peas and lentils;
  • Vegetables - cooked carrots, pumpkin and beetroot;
  • Flour - toast, crackers, cereals and flours;
  • Sugar - sweets and chocolates;
  • Drinks - alcoholic beverages, juices and fruit juices;
  • Sauces - mayonnaise, color pink and ketchup;
  • Fruit and Soup - only in phase 1;

Phase 2

This is the intermediate phase should be maintained to achieve the desired values.

Allowed with no limits the same phase 1

Allowed foods daily (controlled amount):

  • 1 Bread - mix, full, dark and breakfast;
  • 1 Cup milk - thin, low fat, natural soy, rice or oats;
  • 1 Low fat yogurt - no added sugars;
  • 2 Low-fat cheeses - fresh, triangles, balls or slices of Flemish;
  • Fruit - 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 orange, 1 peach, 2 kiwis, 2 tangerines or 1 glass of red fruits (strawberries, cherries, blueberries, raspberries) and should be accompaniedwith yogurt or cheese
  • Soup - 3 nights per week, only allowed vegetables and only eat soup and gelatin from 18:30;

Prohibited: The same phase 1

Phase 3

Alternative phase, must pass this stage if you are tired of phase 2. If you have many pounds to lose can go alternating between phase 2 and 3.
Foods Allowed: same

Allowed foods daily (controlled amount):

  • 1 Bread - mix, full, dark and breakfast;
  • 1 Cup milk - thin, low fat, natural soy, rice or oats;
  • 1 Low fat yogurt - no added sugars;
  • 2 Low-fat cheeses - fresh, triangles, balls or slices of Flemish;
  • Accompaniments - rice or pasta;
  • 3 Tablespoons of beans for lunch, beans, corn, peas, beans or lentils, sweet potato or the size of an egg;
  • 20 Almonds or 20 nuts or 30 pistachios, rice crackers, 2 toast (at snack if didn´t eat, rice/pasta/peas... at lunch)

Prohibited: The same phase 1

Phase 4

This is the maintenance phase, we already have the desired values, is now keeping.
