Drink a cold cup of green tea with ginger and lemon or a glass of water with juice of half a lemon.
At breakfast replace the bread witn an omelet of ham.
In the mid-morning, eat low-fat yoghurt with flaxseed or chia seeds.
At lunch, eat grilled white meats and salad! Whenever possible include 1 red pepper, sautéed in olive oil, garlic and seasoned with cayenne pepper and a little salt.
After lunch drink a coffee.
In the afternoon eat light gelatin or 1 boiled egg.
Do not forget drinking in the afternoon, about 1,5l of water or green tea with ginger and lemon.
To snack, drink a green tea or coffee with 2 slices of turkey ham.
The more hours you rest, more weight you lose.
At dinner, I advise you to eat a big bowl of soup (no potatoes, carrots or squash), fish, white meat or omelette with 2 or 3 egg whites.
