Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Salt, Pepper
Preparation
Boile the egg.
Remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower. Prepare and wash the florets. Cook the cauliflower (pan, thermomix, microwave).
For the sauce put in a blender all the ingredients, mix for some seconds. Add the boiled egg in blender. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower.
Thermomix Preparation
Remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower. Prepare and wash the florets. Put in varoma with the egg.
In TMX Bowl add 500g (17,63oz) water 7minutes/Temp.Varoma/Speed 2. Add the Varoma 15minutes/Temp.Varoma/Speed2.
Reserve de cauliflower and egg. In TMX Bowl add all ingredients 15seconds/Speed 5. Add boiled egg 10seconds/Speed 5.
Pour the sauce over the cauliflower
