Ingredients
- 3 Gelatine Sheets
- 2 tablespoon Cocoa (Hershey´s Natural Unsweetened)
- 2 tablespoon Sweetener
- 1 Evaporate Milk Can
Preparation
Soak the gelatine, leave in cold water for 5 minutes.
Use electric mixer, and mix evaporate milk for about 3 minutes, add cocoa and sweetener. Mix for about 1 minute.
Lift sheets from the cold water, wring gently to remove excess water. Put in microwave 30seconds.
Add to mixture, mix 1 minute. Put in freezer.
Thermomix Preparation

In TM Bowl mix evaporate milk 3minute/Speed 4. Add cocoa and sweetener. Mix 1minute/Speed4.
