Ingredients
- 250ml (1 cup) Water
- 1 Gelatin no sugar of your choise
- 1 pack Agar Agar
Traditional Preparation
Grease two silicone chocolate moldes.
In a pan boil the water, add gelatin stir in boiling water until gelatin dissolves. Add agar agar and let boil for 5 minutes. Put in the moldes. Refrigerate.
Thermomix Preparation
Grease two silicone chocolate moldes.
Put water in TM bowl 5min/100º/Speed 2. Add flavoured gelatine 10sec/Speed4. Add agar agar 5min/100º/Speed 2. Put in the moldes. Refrigerate.
