Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 1 Natural Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Stevia

Traditional Preparation

In a Blender put all together and mix for about 2 minutes.

Thermomix Preparation

Add all ingredients to TMX bowl and mix on speed 7 for 1 minute
