Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • 200g (7,05 oz) of Cream Cheese
  • 200g (7,05 oz) Smoked Salmon
  • 20g (0,7 oz) lemon juice

Traditional Preparation

Cream the cheese in blender until just smooth. Add lemon juice and smoked salmon and mix. Place in the fridge for one hour.

Thermomix Preparation

Place cream cheese in TM bowl 1min/50º/Speed2. Add the rest of the ingredients30sec/Speed 4. Place in the fridge for one hour.
