  • 2 tomatos peeled
  • olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt, Cayene Pepper, Oregano
  • 1 carrot and one zucchini
  • Preparation

    Wash the zucchini and carrot and then peel. Use a julienne peeler or a spiral slicer.

    In a Blender put the tomatos, olive oil, onion, garlic clove, salt, oregano and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth.

    If you want you can heat up a little.

    In a TMX Bowl put the tomatos, olive oil, onion, garlic clove, salt, oregano and cayenne pepper 15seconds/Speed 7. Heat this sauce 2minutes/37º/Speed1.
