Ingredients
- Half shredded cabbage
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 zucchini
- 1 little cauliflower
- Salt, Olive Oil, Water
Preparation
Sauté 1 onion and 2 cloves garlic in a little olive oil. Cut 1 zucchini and cauliflower and add to the stew.
Cover with water, add salt and simmer 20 minutes.
Use hand blender and add the shredded cabbage and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Thermomix Preparation
In TMX Bowl add onions, garlic clove and olive oil 5seconds/speed 5. Cook 7minutes/Varoma/Inverse Speed.
Add chopped zucchini, cauliflower, salt and add 1000g (3.52oz) water. In Varoma put shredded cabbage. Cook for 20minutes/Varoma/Speed 1.
Blend 1minute - Speed 1 to 7. Add shredded cabbage and serve.
