  • 4 slices of bread
  • Mushrooms
  • Poultry Ham
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 4 eggs


Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4.

In an enclosed vessel, put the slice of bread so that covers the vessel.

Add, slicced poultry ham, mushrooms, shredde cheese, salt, pepper and a egg. Cover, and place in oven, for about 15 minutes.
