Chicken Rolls stuffed with cheese and ham

Makes 3 servings


  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 2 Tomatos
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 garlic Clove
  • Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil
  • Mozzarella Cheese, Poultry Ham

Place two slices of ham lengthwise along middle of the breast, then place two thin slices of the cheese over the ham.

Roll the chicken roulade from one end to form a cylinder, securing the seam with a couple of toothpicks.

In saucepan, add the onion, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper and cook on medium heat.

Once the onions begin to brown add the Chicken breasts and chopped tomatos. Let cook for 15 minutes.
