Chinese Style

Makes 3 servings


  • Mushrooms
  • 500g Squid
  • 250g Shrimps
  • Half chinese cabbage
  • Ginger, Onion
  • Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Olive Oil


Heat the olive oil in a wok. Add slicced onion and ginger (cut into small pieces) and cook over low heat until the onion is translucent.

Add Mushrooms , chinese cabbage, squid (cut in small pieces), soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

At least add shrimps and let cook for 5 minutes.
