Salad II

Makes 2 servings


  • Cauliflower
  • Red Cabbage
  • 1 or 2 kiwi
  • Lettuce
  • Red Pepper
  • Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Cayenne Pepper


Use a julienne peeler to cut red cabbage and red pepper. Cut into really smal pices the cauliflower (you can use a blender or Thermomix). Cut into smal pieces de leafes of the lettuce.

Cut the kiwis.

Put all the ingredientes in a bowl.

For dressing: mix olive oil, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, and spices of your choice (I used a Oriental mixture)
