Chinese Squid

  • Mushrooms
  • 500g Squid
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 leek
  • 1 Tomato or Tomato Pulp
  • Ginger, Onion
  • Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Olive Oil


Heat the olive oil in a wok. Add slicced onion,slicced red pepper, leek, tomato (cut in small pieces, or just use some tomato pulp) and ginger (cut into small pieces) and cook over low heat until the onion is translucent.

Add Mushrooms , sliced squid, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
