Home made poultry ham

Makes 20 servings


  • 250 gr of chicken breast
  • 250 g of ham
  • 1 egg
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of Port wine
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 850g water

Thermomix Preparation

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Add ham in TMX Bowl load 3 times Turbo. Add chicken breast and load 4 times Turbo.

Pour the egg, wine, season with salt (a little) and pepper, 2:30minutes /Speed dough mode.

Pour prepared in cling film, give him the form of a roll, wrap well.

Put in Varoma, add water into TMX Bowl and set 30minutes/Temp. Varoma/Speed1

Let cool slightly, remove the ham from the cling film and leave to cool.
