Make 1 serving


  • 2 Poultry Burguers
  • 2 Slices Tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Half Slicced Onion
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Slice Hamm
  • Slice of Cheese (of your choice)


In a pan cook the burguers (with no fat).

In a wook add olive oil and the onion. At the end add Worcestershire Sauce.

Fry the egg in a non stick pan (if you want you can add olive oil)

In a plate put one burguer, than ham, lettuce and tomato. Add the other burguer and a slice of cheese, the onions and at the end the egg.
