  • Half Cauliflower
  • Red Cabbage
  • Carrots
  • 2 PassionFruits
  • Lettuce
  • Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Cayenne Pepper


Use a julienne peeler to cut carrots and red cabbage. Cut into really smal pices the cauliflower (you can use a blender or Thermomix). Cut into smal pieces de leafes of the lettuce.

Put all the ingredientes in a bowl.

For dressing: mix olive oil, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, and spices of your choice (I used a Oriental mixture)

You can eat has a main dish or as a side dish.
